Return Policy
What Can Be Returned?
We gladly accept returns on most supply items, provided they are in their original manufacturer packaging and in resalable condition. There are no restocking fees for eligible returns made within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please have your order number and product details ready when contacting our customer service team.
Furniture Returns
You may return unassembled or manufacturer-assembled furniture if it is in resalable condition and in its original packaging. Custom or special-order furniture is not returnable unless the error was made by Emerald Business Supply Inc. or the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error on our part:
- Food and beverages
- Special orders
- Custom print and advertising specialty products
- Assembled furniture (except in the case of defect or error)
For defective furniture, most manufacturers will attempt a repair before offering a replacement or authorizing a return.
Return Timeframes
- 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items you no longer want or need.
- 10-Day Notification Period: Shortages, shipping errors, damaged goods, or defective items must be reported within 10 days of purchase.
